Summary

FSS and SFELC have created a guidance document for food standards. The guidance provides information on the legal references, as well as illustrations of labelling to ensure compliance. The guide will assist businesses as well as enforcement officers. It should provide clarity and a source for reference in the vent of differences of opinion as to how labelling etc. should be formatted.
