Sainsbury’s has taken the precautionary step of recalling a number of its products because the products might contain salmonella.

Great Northern Sandwich Co Ltd is recalling various products containing chicken because of a blue discolouration on the meat. The discolouration may indicate that the products are unfit for human consumption.

Flynn's Fine Foods is recalling Limerick Cooked Ham because it contains milk and wheat (gluten) which are not mentioned on the label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to wheat or gluten, and/or an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.

Co-op is recalling its Hollow Milk Chocolate Bunny because of an alleged product tampering where the product was found to contain a small battery. The presence of a small battery makes this product unsafe to eat and presents a risk to health.
