Information about a 'dry ingredient' which contaminated 'gluten free' foods produced by Genius earlier this year. You asked what the 'dry ingredient' was which contained gluten and which was added to gluten free products made by Genius, and what Genius have done to prevent such an incident ever happening again.

The answer to the first part of your question is non-gluten free baking powder.
