A food incident is where concerns about actual or suspected threats to the safety or quality of food require intervention to protect consumers.
Local authorities can use the online form below to report a food incident to Food Standards Scotland. Consumers can report an incident by contacting the local authority.
When you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email. This will include details of what you have submitted and a copy of the incident report form for your records.
