MenuCal is a free and easy to use tool for food businesses to manage allergen information and track ingredients, to help customers make informed choices.
It has been developed with the input of chefs, caterers and small business owners. MenuCal also helps businesses comply with food law on the 14 regulated allergens.
There's free training on the MenuCal platform to help businesses use the tool to:
- Manage allergens on a day-to-day basis
- Create full ingredient and allergen labels for products sold prepacked for direct sale (PPDS)
- Store and organise menu and ingredient information
- Calculate calories in their recipes
- And display allergen information to customers.
